PROCEDURES

For an ultimate collaboration and best service, it is decisive for Amam Consultancy to make clear agreements with its customers. Before any translation, assignment, training, research and/or consulting, Amam Consultancy arranges a meeting or a phone contact with the client. During this meeting, both the customer’s plans and wishes as well as our options are discussed. On this basis, a free and appropriate quotation will be offered. When the client signs and sends the quotation back to us, we can start our work. After delivery you receive an invoice.

General Rates
Obviously, the rates depend on several factors including the complexity of the assignment / task and the duration of the contract.

Translation rates
The translation rates depend on various factors such as subject, language source, size and delivery time.

To give you an indication, Amam Consultancy works according the following rates:

Arabic - Dutch (less than 1000 words): € 0.16 / € 0.20 with sworn translation
Arabic - Dutch (more than 1000 words): € 0.15 / € 0.18 with sworn translation

If you need information about other language combinations, we will be pleased to send you a quotation.

Interpreting rates
€ 50, - per hour

For translation assignments of less than 250 words, we charge a minimum of € 40, - ;
Delivery time of translation assignments is at least 3 days;
Surcharge for urgent assignments: 30%;
Surcharge for urgent assignments during the weekend: 50%;
All prices do not include 19% VAT and travel costs.
